Paul Donsbach

Paul has practiced law for more than 30 years and is the managing partner of our law firm. He has successfully resolved hundreds of complex cases on behalf of his clients, ranging from celebrities and high-net-worth individuals to small business owners and families. Paul’s strengths are his deep knowledge of family, business and property law, his expertise in courtroom advocacy, and his competitive focus on achieving client goals.

Zelikha Dost

Zelikha (pronounced za-LAY-ha) is a partner with our law firm. She has practiced family law exclusively since earning her law degree in 2015. During law school, she decided to focus on family law due to her concern for the rights of parents and children in high-conflict family relationships and financial disputes. Now in her eighth year of law practice, Zelikha combines her exceptionally diverse academic background with her competitive approach to winning cases and her compassion for spouses, parents and children facing difficult situations.

Ernest A. Cardona

Ernest is a senior family law attorney with our law firm. He has practiced family law for 28 years and focuses on resolving complex divorce, custody and financial disputes. He has successfully handled hundreds of custody cases involving alleged parental misconduct, interstate and international move-aways, and custody modifications. With his extraordinary experience in settling cases out of court, Ernest understands that the most efficient and cost-effective means of meeting his clients’ goals is through careful preparation for success in the courtroom, which often persuades even the most contentious opponents to settle rather than go to court.

Allison L. Gotsch

Allison is an experienced attorney who has practiced law for more than 25 years. With extensive experience in family law, estate planning, wills and trusts, business law and real estate law, she represents clients across the full spectrum of family law issues, including child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, business valuations and reimbursements. She obtained her law degree with honors, was an editor on the law review and was awarded the Order of the Coif.

Amanda M. Jaeger

Amanda is an experienced family law attorney who received her law degree in 2019. She has extensive experience in complex divorce cases, including child custody, property characterization, business appraisals, spousal support and restraining orders. Amanda works hard to prepare clients for settlement negotiations, discovery processes and court hearings, recognizing that cases can be settled early through careful preparation and by understanding client needs and goals.

Gisele Martinez

Gisele has practiced law for three years, with an emphasis on complex family law, divorce and child custody cases. She also has experience in juvenile and criminal law and receiverships. During law school, she won prestigious CALI awards for alternative dispute resolution and ethics in criminal justice. Gisele is a gifted courtroom advocate and skilled negotiator who understands that client needs are generally best served through early settlements, thus avoiding the costs and burdens of litigation.

Nastassja M. Gutierrez

Nastassja has a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. She has more than five years of experience as a paralegal and law clerk, with an emphasis on family and criminal law. Her experience as a law clerk includes two years working at the Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Service.

Robbi Robyn

Robbi is a graduate of the University of San Diego Paralegal Program, where she obtained a paralegal certification. She has extensive experience in complex divorce and family law, including child custody and support issues.

Patrick M. Alegre

Patrick earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, where he was awarded a Faculty Merit Scholarship and Choctaw Nation Scholarship. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry and Technology from California State University, Chico. Patrick has two years of experience working as a paralegal and law clerk, during law school and while successfully studying for and passing the California State Bar examination. He is currently awaiting the final paperwork to be admitted to practice law in California. His legal experience is primarily in family law, intellectual property and estate planning.

Mandy Griffin

Mandy is a licensed paralegal with more than seven years of experience in family law. She earned her paralegal certification at Floyd College, and has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia. In addition to her extensive experience in family law, Mandy has nine years of experience in civil law.
