Summary: Natalie has practiced law for more than 16 years, with an emphasis on helping clients resolve their cases and move forward. She has successfully handled more than 150 evidentiary hearings, 50 domestic violence hearings and 25 trials. In addition to her family law experience, Natalie has extensive experience as a public defender in domestic violence, juvenile and other family-related cases throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
As an experienced courtroom advocate, Natalie understands that preparation and competitiveness are the key to success. By being prepared to win in the courtroom, she positions her cases for favorable resolution at the early stages, without the time and expense of protracted litigation. Natalie is an expert negotiator and has a strong reputation for honesty, integrity and commitment among judges and colleagues.
As the parent of a special needs child, Natalie is an outspoken advocate for families with special needs children. She is a member of the Community Advisory Committee for the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and is actively involved in public interest initiatives on behalf of children with autism spectrum disorder or other special needs. In her law practice, Natalie has a personal understanding of, and emphasis on, helping families with special needs children.
Natalie earned her law degree in 2001 from the University of San Francisco, where she was editor-in-chief of a law review and a quarter-finalist in a moot court competition. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
