Summary: Jennifer has practiced family law for 12 years, with an emphasis on early settlement and conflict resolution. She has successfully handled hundreds of divorce and custody cases and has the experience to favorably resolve the most difficult family law issues, including custody, visitation, alienation, property division and support. Jennifer has chosen to practice family law because she believes in helping families resolve their differences amicably and without the costs and burdens of extensive litigation. She believes that, by understanding each client’s unique needs and goals, cases can be resolved early through vigorous advocacy and negotiations.
In addition to her extensive experience with hearings and settlement processes in the family courts, Jennifer has broad experience in cases before the Department of Child Support Services, guardianship courts and civil courts. She has practiced primarily in the Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino courts, with additional experience in Los Angeles, San Diego and northern California. Her broad experience with the full range of family law proceedings allows her to fully advise and represent her clients on all of the issues that may affect their family relationships, financial security and property interests.

Education: Jennifer earned her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she was a member of the mock trial team, was on honor roll and won high honors for advanced legal research. During law school, she was the Student Body Association vice president and editor of the student newspaper. She obtained a BA in Political Science/Pre-Law with honors from Washington State University.
